But from a vegetarian or especially vegan point of view the problem is that the Michelin Guides are nearly "totally meat obsessed".
For example check the Michelin Guides for Europe or Asia.Great Britain & Ireland - 1700 selected restaurants with only 3 vegetarian restaurants.
